🚌 Labour MP Abtisam Mohamed has called on the UK Government to consider granting unpaid carers free access to public transport.

Currently, the English National Concessionary Travel Scheme offers free off-peak bus travel to individuals with eligible disabilities and those of State Pension age. Extending this benefit to unpaid carers would acknowledge their invaluable contributions and provide much-needed support.
