I think it is stories likes these that need to come out, so that key figures (political, councils, etc) can see the commitment of individuals and use this as a testimonial, which is why WE TALK CARE is that platform to share and also draw attention to those who can raise these challenges within certain arenas with a view to stimulate further dialogue and devise a clear plan of action tailored to address these concerns head on.

I absolutely agree, we need to get more of these stories out there in order to influence change and it is through platforms like We Talk Care, a collective voice that we can achieve this
