🏃‍♂️ "We might only have 15 summers left" — Jordan and Cian Adams, known as the FTD brothers, are on an incredible mission to raise awareness for frontotemporal dementia (FTD) by running 903 miles across the UK. They both carry a rare faulty gene that could lead to early-onset dementia, just like their mother, grandmother, and aunt.

The brothers hope their efforts will help to find a cure for dementia and end the stigma that it's "just a part of ageing." Through their challenge, they've raised over £110,000 so far! 🙌
